I bought this to mount an NPB1 Power Bank which measures ever so slightly over 1 inch. As for size it fits fine but the design of the mount is odd. On one side the rubber sheet, meant to provide a little grip for what ever is attached, has a 3/8" (9.5 mm) lump in the center so that only that small area contacts your flashlight or battery pack. It makes your device not sit securely in the mount and it rocks back and forth. The other side of the mount also has a rubber pad that does not have a lump but it also does not touch whatever it is attached to so that whatever you attach to rests on the 2 thin plastic edges. If I was going to use this mount I would first file down the edges to line up with the rubber pad to at least give it a little grip. The straps that secure the mount and your device have large slots that make the edges, supplying the tension, too weak to be secure. In my opinion this bike mount is useless. I tried to give it 0 stars but it insisted on at least 1 star.
