I left a review for my order, and I left 4 stars. I explained that it was quickly delivered, but there was one item missing (the helmet mount). I also said that I wasn’t going to hold it against Nitecore, because I had not let them know about the mistake. That meant they had no way of fixing it. (Not their fault.)
Today (10/28/2020), I received a completely unprompted package in the mail with this, the helmet mount that was missing from the original order. Their team of service specialists apparently read my review, looked up my info and sent me the missing item without my submitting a ticket! I’d give 6 stars if I could!!!
