Customer service - excellent. I received the batteries quickly. I also had emailed an inquiry and received a response within 24 hours.
Product quality - TBD. I haven't had them long enough yet to put them through their paces. Reviews from YouTube vloggers seem favorable. If I find they don't perform, I'll change my review.

5 of 5 Almost perfect, but... July 16, 2021

Purchased 2 of these batteries to use for travel and backup to my OE Nikon batteries.  The black battery case for the NC-BP006 looks very, very close to the case used for the original EN-EL15 that came with my camera.  The fit and finish of the battery are what I would expect from Nitecore, as well as the performance in camera.  No problems so far.
I have been using the UNK1 charger to charge all my Nikon batteries, and noticed immediately that the battery temperature reading never goes above 25C on either NC-BP006 battery, even though you can feel the batteries are warmer.  When my Nikon batteries (EN-EL15, EN-EL15B, and EN-EL14a) are charged on the UNK1 charger, elevated temperatures are reported as expected.  Not a big deal for me, but just be aware that temperatures may not report correctly with these batteries.  Cost saving?  Probably.
