DESCRIPTION

The Nitecore NCP40 is the newer version of their popular NCP30, now designed to accommodate flashlights with a head size of up to 40mm, such as the MH27 or MH27UV. Constructed from a high-quality Mil-Spec nylon, this holster is incredibly durable with military-standard straps for increased wear-proofing. The collapsible flap offers fast, convenient access to your light at a moment's notice. The velcro straps allow you to carry on your belt or attach to a MOLLE system, such as those seen on our Tactical Pouches. There's also a storage slot on the side for a tactical pen or slim tool. It's a great way to have your light on hand at a moment's notice.

Flashlight not included.

Stiching July 23, 2018

I have worn the holster for 3 days and the stitching is coming apart in several places. For a $20 holster i would have expected better quality.

There are better alternatives February 2, 2018
Reviewer: Police Officer from Chicago
It would be nice if it had snaps at the bottom for more secure attachment to molle webbing or belt. Hook and loop is weak, and it wears and makes the holster droop on the front of my vest carrier when holding a lightweight Nitecore MH27UV flashlight.

You will only be able to withdraw this model flashlight when stored with the lens facing up, otherwise the holster is too narrow. I recommend removing the accessory clip from if you use the MH27 or any model flashlight, as it will make drawing the light from the holster very difficult because it snags on the interior.

The design of the cover flap is such that it does not completely cover the flashlight. While working in rain my flashlight got wet.

The loops on the front are nice for adding a small light.

Nitecore should probably just stick to making/selling flashlights, of which I have several and regularly use for work. Accessories aren't their forte and this was a waste of $20.
