Great caving headlamp! June 5, 2023 Reviewer: John from Kentucky, USA   I typically run this on the low (70 lumen) or medium (210 lumen) settings while exploring caves in Kentucky. Intelligently toggling between these settings allows me to easily use this light for 10+ hours. If I need more power than that, it's easy to swap a battery even in the relatively hostile cave environment that has high humidity and mud. For $55 for the light and less than $70 for three batteries this is also a great value in lights. Was this review helpful to you?

Small, Powerful, Lightweight, Good Quality. October 23, 2021 Reviewer: Nock from Pacific Northwest   Pros   Super bright, I found the 1000 lumen (turbo setting) is like the lighting in a typical bedroom. Its small but not too small, I can fit in into my MOLLE straps on my bag, strap on shirt, attach to camera strap, it's very portable. Its robust, I can’t own nice things. No need for carrying a charger, *IF you get it w/NL1834R (3400mAh), Why? Because it has an integrated micro USB charging port builtin. Can use cable from Camera charger to charge.   Cons Diffuser included but has a plastic ring clip that fouls on the metal belt clip when both used together. Modified to fit but doesn’t stay secured. No magnetic base offered at purchase time. You can't remove the camera mount from the headstrap, if you want a more secure mount to belt clip. Nitecore sell a replacement camera mount with out headstrap, will see how that goes. No GoPro and or 1/4 Camera mount available. Was this review helpful to you?

Nitecore HC 30 headlamp August 31, 2020 Reviewer: Dave G from Half moon bay , CA United States   I love this headlamp, I work in a large machine room in charge of keeping machinery maintained and running its dark with tight working conditions and this light makes it real easy to see what I’am working on , and the battery lasts a long time to.
