I am writing this to upgrade my review from 1 star to 4. Blade removal and replacement takes some getting used to but this is a very handy knife.

4 of 5 Great Scalpel November 9, 2020
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Texas
The scalpel itself is great for the size and utility it provides. The only downside I experience was changing the blade. Its not too hard to take off if you brute force it, but putting on a blade is.

Since you're essentially pushing on the blade, there is some risk of cutting yourself. I have found it easier to push the blade against something to fit it back in but the blade point of the replacement broke in doing so. Not a big deal considering the scalpel blades are sold in bulk, just an fyi.

Overall I still highly recommend it as the only con is me most likely nitpicking at something that others don't have issues with.

5 of 5 More useful than you might think September 26, 2020
Reviewer: MicMike Laughlinhael Laughlin from Lincoln, NNebraskaE United States
I have one on my keychain. Complements the TSA compliant multi-tool on my keychain, which doesn't have a knife feature. When I enter a place that doesn't allow knives (airport, federal buildings, etc.) I take the little folding scapel off my keychain. A box of scapel blades is cheap, and assures you always have a wickedly sharp blade on hand.

This knife disappears in your pocket and you won't know it is there--I tied a lanyard on mine--remember this before going to the airport so you don't donate it to the TSA!
Scary sharp--it is well-named as a Scalpel!

5 of 5 Very Handy Little Knife! December 5, 2019
Reviewer: Scott Black from United states
I really like this little scalpel knife. It’s extremely sharp and always available on my keychain because it’s so small and lightweight.
I like that I can buy replacement scalpel blades almost everywhere. Changing the blade is very easy after viewing the introduction video on the Nitecore Store website. I just bought two more to give as Christmas gifts!
