The Explorer Series from Nitecore features the compact design and unique interface employed on all of the lights in the Explorer Series. Two separate switches for on/off and mode selection make operating this light incredibly quick and simple. The EA2 is powered by two AA batteries and can generate up to 320 lumens on Turbo. A flashing red LED acts as a stand-by light to make the light easier to find in a dark tent or campsite, and can be activated to constant on for map reading.
