Bought this charger new on 5/19/20 from one of their biggest online retailers. Then on about 11/01/20, approximately 5 months later, the left channel stopped working entirely. It was actually draining the batteries to zero. So I called Nitecore and they advised me to contact the retailer to resolve and they sent me an email with the manual attached and said "After a little digging, it seems the SC2 charger has had issues in the past with only one slot/channel functioning." So then I contacted the retailer who sent me an RMA to return the product for an exact replacement. They also said they would charge me $9.99 for the return shipping on top of the cost for me to send it to them. So between the cost of me shipping it and the $10 for them to ship it back to me, I'm now paying more for the "free" replacement than I paid for the original just for it to maybe last 5-6 months! No thanks! Thanks for continuing to sell a product that you KNOW has been failing!
