Customers praised this ultra-lightweight, compact 10000mAh power bank for fast charging and portability, ideal for backpacking. "Best charger power bank I have bought," said one. However, some reported reliability issues with units failing unexpectedly or not holding claimed capacity. A few noted sharp corners and button breakage. Customer service received positive mentions.
Paid for 2 days shipping. Item arrived more than a week later. Wrote in to the support and they said they will refund the shipping but nothing done till now. Very disappointing customer service.

Very compact and am able to keep it comfortably in a pocket to recharge an iPhone. Both USB ports make the power bank very versatile. My second one.
Had failed on the second day of multiple days backpacking trip in the middle of the Sierra Nevada.
Had it on charge a full night (to it's full, 100% charge) on the night before the trip. Didn't use it at all and kept inside the tent during the night. On the second day of the trip wanted to charge my phone that still was around 50% charge, however this thing started to blink with one blue light...
There was no periods of low or hight temperatures.
Planned to use it for charging my phone for navigation and photos/videos and to recharge watches. Had to do navigation on my InReach instead and left without photos and videos from the second and third day of the trip.
Very disappointed.
This powerbank is everything I wanted and more! I can't even imagine the quality and features of the Gen3 and Gen4!
I had ordered one off of Amazon and it never worked. I eventually reached out to customer support 3 months later and they were awesome! They just sent me a brand new one with no extra charge!
Doesn’t have 5 volts charge as stated and is no use to me. I requested an exchange
Amazing amount of charge (realistic claims), very fast, pass through, usb-c goes in and out, and it's tiny and durable! My only gripe is the included charging cord could be higher quality for the amount of money. Would give 5 stars otherwise.

Compact and easy to carry
Fast charging. Had other power banks but this one is by far the best.
This is my second unit; not because the first one failed... because it's got a good mix of size, power, and the ability to stay on for a trickle draw.
Chargers are lovely!
If this thing is 10,000mah I'm a purple gorilla. This charges my Pixel 10 Pro once from 10 to 100 percent and is fully drained. I should get two charges and a bot left over on a 10,000mah battery. This is more like 5,000mah.
It's just the right size, it has enough power, but not excessive causing it to be heavy. It's light and shaped more like a phone so that it packs away easy. I like that has USB C and USB A for different applications

This failed me twice, going from fully charged to dead in 3 days even though it hadn't been used. I sent it in and they sent me a replacement, which failed again.
Working great so far. Its small and charges quick.

I’ve only used my 2 NB10000’s on 2 backpacking trips so far. So I’m not sure yet on durability or if they will hold up to their claimed charging stats. But for the price to weight ratio and overall experience I’m going with 5 stars..for now ;)
