1 of 5 Garbage June 6, 2023

Please do not buy this power bank. The software is very un-reliable. I purchased both Carbo 20000 and NB20000. The NB20000 died day 1. Both USB C ports were fried. Did not charge a laptop or charge the brick from the wall charger. I used 3 differnt USB C cables and all failed. Same cabled worked for other chargers. I will be returning this carger. Please buy an Anker or RaVpower. Much bettery chargers and quality control.

1 of 5 Stopped working after 40 days on the PCT May 25, 2023

Please Note: I bought my nitecore 20,000 on Amazon because the website was sold out and I was starting my PCT adventure. I paid $99 for it and within 40 days it had stopped working. The "person" or store I bought it from on Amazon will not replace of refund and I don't know if I had bought it from this website if thing would be different. Maybe I got a bad one or a fake one. Never the less it is so disappointing that I wasted money and now have to buy something new in the middle of my hike. I was really hoping this product would be perfect. The problem is when I plug in my devices they don't charge and my brick wont charge up past 3 dots. The more I use it the less it works.

5 of 5 Powerful and Compact May 10, 2023
Reviewer: Anthony from San Francisco, CA United States
I used to have an old Anker powerbank for years until I lost it. Ended up buying 2 of these NB20000's because of how much power they pack with a small form factor. Helps out a lot when I'm always moving from place to place and don't have a spot to plug in a wall charger, which I also lost lol. Will definitely come in handy for an upcoming anime convention weekend I'm about to attend as well!

My power bank arrived quickly and really has done an excellent job. I plan to use it on a overseas trip and I think I’ve got the right power pack..
