PROES
1. SIZE: The small size makes it easy to place--even in a jean pocket--when the HC65 needs to be on your person other than strapped to your head or when you still must carry it smaller.
2. PRACTICAL: There may be a rare time when I'll use it the way it's intended: strapped to the head. But after I've removed the headstrap, I use the HC65 for other practical ways: as a micro standup desklamp or a portable flashlight under a variety of circumstances.
3. THE LIGHT: The light is smooth all around. It doesn't have an annoying and distracting arrangement of a halo surrounding the center main light. The light can also be adjusted to a peep-squeek candlelight to a more blistering mode that'll light up your surroundings and thereby possibly harm vision if the user uses it irresponsibly.
CON: The HC65 is not intuitive to use. To avoid frustrating yourself, watch first your favorite YouTube video on this product and study how to use the headlamp's many lighting options.
