Received a bad battery. I got a bit incensed when I read the return policy - they will deduct the cost of the free shipping if you return something. It sounds as if they're going to do that on ANY returns. But customer service told me that only applies to "buyer's remorse", not to defective product. They sent me another battery promptly, and did not make me go through the hell of returning a single 18650 battery. Good job all around. They just need to clarify the policy on their website to reflect that point.
