Good experience, once return policy was cleared up February 17, 2022 Reviewer: Terry Hargraves from Pinehurst, TX United States   Received a bad battery. I got a bit incensed when I read the return policy - they will deduct the cost of the free shipping if you return something. It sounds as if they're going to do that on ANY returns. But customer service told me that only applies to "buyer's remorse", not to defective product. They sent me another battery promptly, and did not make me go through the hell of returning a single 18650 battery. Good job all around. They just need to clarify the policy on their website to reflect that point. Was this review helpful to you?

NL1835 February 4, 2022 Reviewer: LARRY MONTPLAILAMSIR from fenton, MO United States   I give away some 2400's with a lite and replaced with these for myself. Like the extra time i get from the 3500's I check back up Battery's once a year to re charge and they stay almost topped off after 10 years  not bad Was this review helpful to you?

Nitecore 18650 Rechargeable Batteries January 21, 2022 Reviewer: S. H.
