Overall Good May 29, 2018 Reviewer: TABBechtel from Stateline, NV United States   LR12 is very bright and meets my needs. I have found it hard to turn on.  You must crank the end cap very hard in order to turn on.  It is more difficult to cycle through the brightness levels.  I find you must raise the diffuser and grip the light with your left held tight and use lots of force to turn the light on.  I hope it will loosen with use. LR12, The Best (just like all NiteCore products) May 23, 2018 Reviewer: Robert Noer from Pleasanton, CA PUnited States   Fits in your pocket, 1000 lumens, the lantern function is pretty nice, but works better as a signal flare than a lantern (meaning it is extremely bright to look at). If you mount it above your head, then the lantern part works nicely. But with "Beacon" setting, it's a nice signal flare. NiteCore is top of the line. Was this review helpful to you?
