Great Replacement Headband December 16, 2022 Reviewer: Steve Klein from Somers Point, New Jersey United States   I had to replace the headband on my HC50 and this was the perfect fit. It attaches pretty easy and is a great fit. My light looks like its brand new and still works, perfectly, after almost 10 years of everyday use. It's just another great product from Nitecore. Great product, excellent customer support! Replacement headbands are great August 27, 2022 Reviewer: Oliver Tate from United States   The original headbands on my HC50 and HC60 headlamps finally gave out after many years of use. I'm pretty sure I got the HC50 around 2016, and the HC60 as soon as it came out. Nitecore just makes the best headlamps and flashlights. I use them for work every day and have never had one fail. They still work just as well as when i first got them. These replacement headbands are much improved and very comfortable. I'm looking forward to many more years of service from these awesome lights. Headband July 17, 2022 Reviewer: Robin Mun from ssssm   Comfort is just as IMPORTANT as brightness and longevity.  Replacing the headband showed me that comfort is a less important consideration at Nitecore.  The original headband was uncomfortable during extended use and the strap stretched.  The replacement strap as discussed by others requires great patience to attach and is more  uncomfortable than the original.  I have the HC50.
